CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, a refund will be given provided you cancel your reservation in writing at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to your check in date indicated on the reservation request.

Early check-outs will be refunded per nights less a $30 administrative fee. No refunds are available for monthly guests checking out early.

Refunds will not be provided if you fail to check in on the arrival date noted in your reservation request.
