2026 Summer camps

Camp 1: July 13 - 16 | Junior Bakers (Ages 9 - 12)

Step into a world where flour becomes magic dust and every whisk unlocks a new adventure. Over four flavor‑filled days, our young bakers will explore the secrets of the kitchen, from mastering muffin streusel toppings to crafting their own fruity compotes. They’ll shape whimsical bird’s nest cookies, roll and dip colorful cake pops, and discover how simple ingredients transform into treats worth celebrating. With hands-on creations, kitchen exploration, and a sprinkle of friendly challenge, this camp invites kids to imagine, experiment, and taste the joy of baking.

Camp 2: July 13 - 16 | Teen Pastry Lab (Ages 13 - 16)

Enter the pastry kitchen and level up your baking skills in this immersive, technique-driven camp designed for aspiring teen bakers. Over four days, campers will learn the foundations behind classic pastries—silky pastry cream, crisp tart shells, airy cream puffs, and beautifully braided babka. They’ll mix, shape, fill, and decorate like true competitors, working with recipes inspired by real baking challenges. From the first swirl of dough to the final glossy glaze, this camp blends creativity, precision, and the thrill of making something extraordinary.
