This system is available for departments who wish to pay for their guest's parking via budget code.
- If your guest is paying for their own parking please advise them to use the meters or Paybyphone app.
Budget code will be billed monthly and a receipt will be provided
It is the responsibility of the department to manage their own code(s)
No refunds will be offered for any parking service

Date & Time for parking permits are based on event details.
Events over multiple days can be accommodated.
The parking link provided after your request has been approved will expire once the event parking period ends.
If the department is covering parking costs, a receipt will be sent the following month
