Planning an official university event? Community Programming and Experience provides guidance on university protocol, ceremonial practices, and official recognition to help ensure events are respectful, inclusive, and aligned with university standards.

If you're planning a ceremonial event or hosting distinguished guests, contact us early in the planning process.

When events include Indigenous partners, Elders, Knowledge Keepers, or ceremonial elements, appropriate protocol should be followed.
