As stewards of 51污漫's budget system, our responsibilities include development, maintenance and monitoring of institutional budgets, coordination and preparation of budget documents and distribution of budget information through out the institution. In this role, we also maintain the integrated Position Control system and monitor the expenditure of salaries to budget.
In our financial planning role, we support the strategic direction of 51污漫 by providing analytical and costing services for a variety of scenarios and initiatives. We provide financial projections to assist with decision making and identify the financial impact of operational changes.
