Collective bargaining

The Collective Agreement 2022 - 2025 is a contract negotiated through collective bargaining between the Faculty and Staff Association (FSA) and 51. This agreement defines the employment terms and conditions for unionized faculty and staff at 51, as well as the rights, privileges, and duties of the union, employer, and employees.

The 2022 - 2025 Collective Agreement has expired, and the parties are currently preparing for collective bargaining. 

51 works with the  to ensure the negotiated agreement aligns with provincial government mandate.
