This course meets the Canadian Association of Foot Care Nurses (CAFCN) competencies and the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA). On completion, students will receive their own foot care kit, including two sets of instruments and clinical supplies needed to start their foot care career.
Starting in Winter 2027 this course will include a CSA course, MDR of Critical Foot Care Devices and Non-critical Equipment in Health Care. This covers medical device reprocessing of critical foot care instruments. Students will receive a separate CSA Certificate of Completion.
